6-week-program

Program Overview

 Learn how to workout, eat clean, and develop a healthy lifestyle change. This program is indivualized for each client. The client will meet with a trainer 1 to 2 days a week, and a fitness nutritionist 1 to 2 times a week. The trainers create a workout and nutrition that you will follow throughout the 6 weeks. Our goals is to help you establish the following skills by the end of the program. We believe the more effort you put into this program, the more you get out of it. We are dedicated to providing the tools and resources you need to succeed in this program.

Take a look at Jessica, these pictures were taken after her 3rd week in the program, she has lost 10 inches so far. We are only half way through the program with her, so stayed tuned because later this week new pictures will be up. Jessica you are doing awesome we are so proud.
